Website
50% of the traffic to the website is the result of building a successful long-term SEO marketing strategy. However, the SEO work at the hotel has not been optimized, leading to the Resort's official website not being displayed at the top of MB-related keywords.

The website was created in 2019, however, at a later time, an unauthorized website was developed. This fraudulent website was meticulously crafted with SEO content tailored for search keywords. As a result, the legitimate website, which receives high traffic, boasts an average visit duration of 14:50 (three times longer than the hotel's main page). Additionally, it ranks at the top following OTA ads for the keyword "Marina Bay Vung Tau resort & spa."

In the current landscape of popular social networking platforms, Facebook stands out as the leading platform with a large user base. MB's current Fanpage enjoys significant engagement, placing it as the third most interactive in the hotel market in Vung Tau.

As per the data box report, Fanpage MB experienced a 1-3% increase in metrics from June to August. Additionally, certain indicators showed significant growth rates, including a 195% increase in Click Action On Page - Website and a 40% increase in Page Reactions. Notably, the Page Unliked rate has risen by 23% over the last 3 months.

Additionally, Instagram, a social network focused on images, is emerging as one of the popular platforms at MB. Based on a report from Instagram Insight, between February and May 2022, Instagram's engagement saw a significant rise of approximately 2,054%, with an 8% increase in the number of new followers.
MB's Instagram page has been revamped with informative and diverse content formats for audience engagement, including Story Highlights, Posts, Reels, Videos, and Guides.
Google Business
With Google Business, customers can easily search for MB on Google Search and Google Map, and at the same time, Google Business also integrates tools such as direct calling, directions, visiting websites, reviews, viewing photos and chatting. In addition, MB's Google Business now also has a "Check Availability" feature along with room rates at the Resort's OTA channels, which is very convenient for customers to book at the most favorable price.
From April 2022, MB has started posting more articles about incentive programs, so the number of visits and bookings has also increased.
